Another daily alternative to maintain your health, prevent illnesses, increase your energy and boost your immune system!
Aloe as a antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal agent. Aloe Vera contains 18 different amino acids vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients which offer holistic healthcare.

Internal Use: Aloe Vera Juice
( I buy a gallon jug that is available at most supermarkets’. Make sure it’s 100% Pure and Organic! Its taste is unpleasant so I add it to my fruit smoothies or chase with a V-8. It is also available in capsule form. However, when taken in capsule form, more than 50 mg could have a laxative effect.)
A simple 2 -4 ounces twice a day is all a person needs to reap the benefits of aloe vera juice.

Aloe vera is non-toxic, with no known side effects, provided the aloin has been removed by processing.
“In 1997, University of San Antonio researcher Jeremiah Herlihy, Ph.D., conducted a study to observe any negative effects of drinking Aloe daily. Rather than exhibiting negative effects, however, test animals receiving daily Aloe showed a remarkable reduction in leukemia, heart disease, and kidney disease. Dr. Herlihy concluded, "We found no indication of harm done to the rats even at high levels." In fact, the Aloe-drinking animals actually lived 25 percent longer than those in the control group (IASC Conference, Texas, 1997).”

"Antimicrobial Agents Chemotherapy (as quoted in Health Science Report, aresearch site for healthcare providers): “Anti-viral properties of Aloe vera.” Aloe was mixed with the following viruses: herpes, chickenpox, rabies, and flu. Aloe killed these viruses in 15 minutes. Electron microscopic exam demonstrated that the structures surrounding the viruses were torn apart, thus showing how aloe kills certain viruses in vitro.
