Ginger

Ginger has more than twelve types of anti-oxidants, contains essential oils, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin C, choline, folic acid, manganese, silicon, and vitamin B3.

The Health Benefits of Ginger are endless. It is a natural immune builder and antihistamine. It can also be used to reduce swelling and relieve pain.
**Fresh ginger contains high levels of active enzymes and substances. Only a teaspoonful is needed to feel its efficacy in treating disorders.



Cold, Flu, Sore Throat, Heartburn, Indigestion, Nausea and vomiting
-works as a natural decongestant and helps repair the body
I’ve made this tea thousand of time for just this purpose with much success.
Boil 4 cups hot water with 2 Tbsl. Mint leaves, ½ lemon, 4-6 small slices of ginger root, and 1 Tbls. raw organic Honey. (this is also said to work for Menstruation disorders- drink 2 times a day for a month)

Morning sickness, Motion or sea sickness, Dizziness and nausea
- take a teaspoonful of fresh ginger juice with some raw organic honey

Pain killer
-Ginger juice applied externally. In headache, apply ginger juice to the forehead. With toothache, apply it to the external area either on the cheek or jaw area.
Head aches and joint pain
- make a thick paste out of the ginger root and apply to topically to area of pain or soreness.

Gout, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
– helps to relieve pain caused by inflammation and helps decrease swelling.

Fatigue
- slice ginger into disks and boil it with a big glass of water with cinnamon bark, bring to boil and then cover until water turns dark.

Fresh Ginger root can be found in the Vegetable isle at almost any grocery store. You can cut off what you need and refrigerate or freeze the rest so that you always have some on hand.

Tip: cook and bake with fresh ginger to enjoy the natural benefits.

Warning! Do not give ginger juice to young children, or honey to infants!

  1. More…..In more ways then one. Add 1 tsp. graded ginger to 1/4 cup organic soy sauce and 1 1/2 TBL raw organic honey for the perfect Marinade.... or my kick a$$ salad dressing. Includes your "protein”, enzymes, mineral, vitamins...and on top of a salad....fiber, mineral vitamins protein and more....can't lose....... Yum and Yeah!
