Apple Cider Vinegar-

“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
The Cure that cures more ailments than any other Natural Remedy!  It also can and should be included in your daily diet for overall heath and building of the immunity system along with increasing your metabolism.

What you need to know:
Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural bacteria-fighting agent used as an antibiotic and aniceptic. It naturally ballances the bodies PH levels.  It contains vital minerals and trace elements including potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, sulfur, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine.

* Must be Unpasteurized and Unfiltered to obtain the enzymes need for every day health and Homeopathic cures.  (Braggs is a brand that is available in most local grocery stores and my personal favorite.)

I have personally used these on myself and clients to cure:

Allergies -  as you all know my allergies were at one time endless.  Take a shot of apple cider vinegar first thing the morning. 30 minutes before breakfast and kiss your clarion goodbye.  – also helps with food intolerances  (I get to eat wheat again!)
**** done daily over several weeks also aids in naturally lowering cholesterol and stopping acid reflex.

Illnesses-  The Flu, sore throat, the common cold, chronic fatigue, sinus infection, and can also be stopped with a stopped with 3-5 doses of Apple cider Vinegar in water.

Insect bites  -( I’ve even used this on my dogs after they have been bitten by…who knows what)   Take a clean towl and put hot water on it and  a Tbls. Of Apple Cider Vinegar to reduce infections and swelling.   

Tooth ache- Apply hot water clothe with Vinegar to the side of the mouth and hold till towel gets cold and then reheat.  You can also hold a Tbls on the inside of your mouth for 5-10 min.  (works to clean like sea salt and hot water)

Kidney and Blatter infections- 2 shots a day before meals balances the PH levels in the body.
-         For cramps, Urinary and “Female related problems)  Make a Sitz bath.  Hot water 90-100 degrees with ¼ cup apple cider vinegar.  Soak for 10-20 min.
-         With a cotton ball wash infected or painful area with the Vinegar for almost instant relief!

Diarrhea and stumic problems-  2 tbls with water 3-4 times daily till symptoms subside

Major Reasons We Get Sick

It’s past the time where we take a long hard look at why we are sick!
Listen to what your body is trying to tell you: “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!”

An bad or insufficant diet tops the list of major reasons we get sick and is also the major cause of disease! Research has shown us that a diet deficient in the right combination or amounts of nutrients can cause almost every kind of disease and condition.
If you have not been eating right, your vitamins and minerals, and live enzymes along with micronutrients, and healthy fats and high-quality protein that your body needs to function, your sick!

Whatyou need to do:

     • Focus on raw, fresh foods, and avoid as many processed foods as possible ( "processed food" is: if it comes in a can, bottle, or package, and has a list of ingredients, it's processed!!!!)
  • Eat your fruit (eat it alone though...or leave it alone)
  • Eat at least 5 servings of raw or lightly steamed Vegetables
     • Avoid all dairy, processed soy and red meat!

     • Replace sodas and other sweetened beverages with clean, pure water

Onions have anti-inflammatory, antifungle, and anticancer benefits. They are a good sourse of antioxidants, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium and Manganese, and Vitamin C.

Onions have a variety of medicinal effects and may help to treat:

Colds & coughs - Onions are known to decrease bronchial spasms, with just a few servings of onion a day keep the breathing passageways open.

Asthma & breathing problems – onions sulfur compounds inhibit allergic inflammatory responses. Onion extract was found to decrease allergy-induced bronchial constriction in asthma patients.

Bacterial infections- Onions stimulate the growth of healthy bifidobacteria and suppress the growth of potentially harmful bacteria.

Lower blood pressure and Cholesterol- Onions contain a number of sulfides similar to those found in garlic. They are believed to raise beneficial HDL cholesterol and stops LDL cholesterol from oxidizing (which makes it stick to the lining of the artery walls)

Poor appetite- Increase appetite while promoteing healthy craveings. So flaver up your foods!

Blisters, boils and releave sweeling from bee stings- onions are also topically anti-inflammitory. Apply a slice of raw onion to infected area.

Diabities- as a good source of chromium, (trace mineral) it helps tissue cells respond to insulin levels in the blood.
Brain Function- vitamin B-6 helps keep up GABA levels in the brain, which may work against neurotic conditions

Garlic has long been called the “wonder drug” and for good reasons:

Garlic is a natural anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. It is also a powerful antioxidant and immune booster with anti-inflammatory benefits. The two main medical ingredients which produce the garlic health benefits are allicin and diallyl sulphides. Allicin is produced when garlic is crushed or chopped and creates antibiotics and anti-fungal benefits of garlic. Diallyl sulphides are also created with chopping of garlic and survive cooking but are not antifungal like Allicin.

How to Prepare Garlic-
• Garlic is most effective when crushed or chopped and when raw.
• Only 1 clove a day will improve your health
• Cooking- wait until the last 10 minutes to add the garlic.
• Do NOT microwave garlic -it kills the active ingredients.
• Sulphides break down in the body within a few hours. For maximum health benefit have "a little often" and not one large daily dose.

Anti-Bacterial – A huge problem with most antibiotics is that bacteria develops resistance to them, but this is not the case with garlic! Garlic can ward off bacteria, Including: Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli, Cryptococcal meningitis, Candida albican and Staphylococcus.

Kidding and off subject buy try this yummy smelling remedy to repel bugs from your home and body: 1/2 ounce citronella oil, 1/4 ounce lavender oil, 1/8 ounce pennyroyal oil, 1/8 ounce tea tree oil, 1/8 ounce jojoba oil Warning: Do not use this blend undiluted on your skin. Dilute with 16 ounces of Vodka.

Warning: There is such a thing “As to much of a good thing.” Please read possible health problems and side effects. Before taking garlic or any other supplement, consult your doctor.

Side-Effects: Eating too much raw garlic can cause irritation or damage to the digestive tract. Possible garlic allergies include skin rash, temperature and headaches. Garlic could potentially disrupt anti-coagulants, so it's best avoided before surgery. Let your Doctor know if you are taking this or any other supplements.

Real Raw Honey

Honey is antiseptic, antibiotic, antifungal, and antibacterial – yet another great way to maintain your health naturally.

Pain killer
-Ginger juice applied externally. In headache, apply ginger juice to the forehead. With toothache, apply it to the external area either on the cheek or jaw area.
Head aches and joint pain
- make a thick paste out of the ginger root and apply to topically to area of pain or soreness.

Gout, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
– helps to relieve pain caused by inflammation and helps decrease swelling.

- slice ginger into disks and boil it with a big glass of water with cinnamon bark, bring to boil and then cover until water turns dark.

Fresh Ginger root can be found in the Vegetable isle at almost any grocery store. You can cut off what you need and refrigerate or freeze the rest so that you always have some on hand.

Tip: cook and bake with fresh ginger to enjoy the natural benefits.

Internal Use: Aloe Vera Juice
( I buy a gallon jug that is available at most supermarkets’. Make sure it’s 100% Pure and Organic! Its taste is unpleasant so I add it to my fruit smoothies or chase with a V-8.
