Real Raw Honey

Honey is antiseptic, antibiotic, antifungal, and antibacterial – yet another great way to maintain your health naturally.

Raw honey contains 22 amino acids, 27 minerals, Vitamins, and 5,000 live enzymes. Raw Unpasteurised honey fights free radicals that form from toxins and stress, aids in fighting viruses, can be used to treat joint pain and has many claims that it aids in weight loss.

Why does it have to be Raw?

Any form of heating is avoided so as to preserve the many natural vitamins and enzymes. Enzymes are need to promote toxin removal, keep a healthy metabolism and maintain digestive function. Stomach Problems/ Appetite-
stimulating the appetite Honey also helps to release stomach irritation.

Colesterol –
High colestrol leads to heart diseases. Pure honey takes instead of sugar along with cinimamin is said to lower colesterol levels.

Cuts/Rashes/Burns-
lightly cover area of skin in raw honey. (Cover with bandage so you don’t start sticking to other things)

Canker sores/Blisters-
Also stops bleeding gums with small application to area.

Dry Skin/ damaged Hair-
For extremely dry skin mix ¼ part Honey with olive oil. Let sit for 5-10 min and rinse. Do the same for damaged roots and to make hair shine.
